EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. It uses bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping) to help the brain reprocess stuck memories, reducing the emotional charge and supporting lasting change. EMDR is effective for trauma, anxiety, phobias, and other challenges where past experiences continue to affect the present.

ERP Therapy
ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is a highly effective, evidence-based treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related conditions. It involves gradually facing feared thoughts, situations, or sensations (exposures) while learning to resist compulsive behaviors or avoidance (response prevention). With support, clients build tolerance to discomfort and experience a reduction in anxiety and OCD symptoms over time.

Extended Sessions
Extended sessions (2+ hours) offer the opportunity to dive deeper into therapeutic work than is typically possible in a standard session. They allow time for more focused and sustained processing, making them especially helpful for clients looking to address specific issues, accelerate progress, or reduce overall treatment time. This format can be particularly beneficial for trauma processing with EMDR, intensive OCD work with ERP, or when weekly scheduling is limited.
